Chris Epley
The author has worked as a field service engineer in support of several DOD contracts that have taken him across the globe. His most recent assignment took him to Afghanistan where he set up logistical and technical support operations for a new system being fielded by the U.S. Army during Operation Enduring Freedom. He is currently supporting C-17 aircraft simulator systems at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, Washington. He also finds time to finish simultaneous degrees in Software Systems Engineering and Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering. He served in the U.S Army and U.S. Army Reserve in the Military Police Corps and later re-classed as a Chemical Decon Specialist and Cable Systems Installation & Maintenance Specialist.
In his free time, the author is an avid reader and writer. He has written a number of short stories that have yet to be published and is currently working on his first novel. Chris has a passion for technology, learning, and history. An avid Second Amendment Rights supporter, the author enjoys shooting sports of all types. He also enjoys paintball and airsoft, engaging in both activities as time allows. The author lives in the Seattle-Tacoma area with his dog,...an ill-tempered, long-haired miniature Dachshund named Twix.
